Happily Ever After

My good friends, high school sweethearts, Melissa and Lee are getting married and they asked me to fill a tall order, which is to create the graphics to be printed on tote bags that are to be their wedding favors. I was more than happy to oblige - the task was to include 11 destinations that they've been to, create a logo for them as a couple that included a frog prince, limit the colors to just black and teal, and somehow tie it all together, without making it appear too "girly," that would all fit on a 12" x 8" area. I hope I succeeded. Congrats you two!

GaGa Face

Whether you love her or hate her, Lady GaGa is fascinating. She's like the female Prince. I needed to practice likenesses so I did a quickie sketch. I'm also thrilled to announce that my block prints are being carried locally at Belles Nest, as well as in San Diego at Solo Cedros, and at Ink and Peat in Portland! And a big thanks to Pebble for the blog post at Everyday Etsy!

99 Red Balloons

I'm participating in an upcoming show at Canteen in Canada, along with some of my amazing friends and colleagues Jennifer, Shannon, and Josh. The theme was 99 Red Balloons with 99 artists contributing and all pieces sized 9" x 9" priced at either $99 or $66. This is my humble 3D contribution.
